Sorry, but NOT True! He ordered the needle, did not ask about or confirm compatibility with his Baler. I've emailed him numerous times trying to help him and he has not responded. Absolutely wanted to help him BUT he immediately left negative feedback and hasn't been co-operative or responsive. VERY UNFORTUNATE! I always try to help customers!

    VALUE FOR THE PRICE IS GOOD.

    The needles are of satisfactory quality. The only surprise I had is that they are tapped for 12mm x 2" bolts. The original OEM are SAE.
