The backplate on the pump leaked had to take it apart put my old back plate on and re-apply the gasket with silicone I think maybe that plate was bent so the gasket did not seal did it with silicone and the old gasket just act star work putting it on then finding it leaks taking it back off and fixing so it would seal and then back on again
