Arrived quick. Belt is for a 1984 John Deere 950 and it says it’s a 40” belt. The belt I had on for the last several years was worn and the alternator was adjusted all the way out and the belt just wasn’t tight. This belt (40”) was super tight putting in and the alternator is adjusted all the way to the short side and does work but it was a struggle to install. A 41” or even a 42” would have been ideal. I will say that the radiators fan is blowing noticeably harder. Possibly 4 times as much.
