Seller poorly packaged items that had damaged paint and tried to blame USPS. Seller did offer a full refund but if they would have shipped product as listed and packaged it properly it wouldn't need to be returned. D&M knew they were shipping a questionable product. The hardware was purchased from Tractor Supply and just resold. It broke open in shipment and was loose in the box. Bad experience all the way around.
