Just like everyone else says, the product is great and the directions are terrible. However, I can add that the customer service is excellent. No further directions or video that I know of, but very quick to respond to my concern and were very helpful in resolving it. Only used the plow once so far, but it did a great job. Only ATV plow I've ever used, but I was impressed with the quality and results using my 1999 Yamaha Big Bear 350 4x4. Mounting took a dealership mechanic about 2 hours.

Arrived with one broken mounting bracket. Needs more installation instructions that are not generic but specific to the item. Was a very good price. The vendor was quick in shipment and very responsive to me. Unfortunately after arriving I decided not to go with the louver but decided to have the windows tinted. If I decide to go with the louver in the future I will definitely go with this vendor again.
