They sent the wrong blades, 96-344 G3 Gator Blades, not the 596-344 G5 blades advertised. They apologized and said it was a mispick at the warehouse. I'm giving them a positive review because they responded quick, apologized, immediately provided a shipping label, and gave me a full refund. It was a hassle free return and refund.
