Delivery was fast, however I did have to grind the inside of star insert where it fits onto pulley(JUST TO GET IT TO FIT ON), and the belt always twists and pops off when I disengage it and no it's not pulley problem nor tensioner problem (everything on deck is newer) belt seems to be a little bit too long but not by much, LONG ENOUGH TO WORK...I just turn off mower to disengage belt to keep it from jumping off pulleys PROBLEM solved there. Why it twists unsure
