When arriving from a 3rd party, the product was half out of the box, with no interior packing. It was necessary to disassemble the light to properly connect wires to the socket and it was also necessary to properly align the bent sockets so the light would properly display. I have 20 different lights like this in my home. This one was the most disappointing. I'm looking for a replacement.
