I'm a big fan of this disposal and like the accessories included, like the pneumatic button and the drain cover that (1) helps safely shove food into the disposal and (2) prevents objects from unintentionally falling in.     Good product but there is a gap in the installation instructions.

    Good product, but the instructions do not cover how to bypass the air switch if you will not be using it. Without the bypass, the unit will not turn on.

    Ovierall I like it.

    My only concern was that the vent bib faced 90 degrees left and I had to buy a longer hose. Would not have been to much of a problem except that Home Depot and Lowe’s did not have the hose. Ace hardware to the rescue. They had a whole hose room and we easily matched it and I could buy whatever length I needed.

    bang for the buck

    Lot of plastic, be careful knocking out dishwasher tab, I attached air start button to cabinet frame under sink behind door on a plywood cut out, and left in start position, use wall switch still, very quiet.

    Kit didn't work

    The kit to hook the unit to the drain didn't work so good. The hoses leaked as the glue job was dried out or they used the wrong glue . reglud after a leaking mess cleaned up.
