An exceptional seller, and transaction!! Purchased 50lb bag of blood meal and bag arrived with top ripped open and placed in a plastic bag with zip tie, box was crushed and retaped. I contacted seller to inform them, and they responded immediately, offering to do what would mitigate the situation. This was FedEx's fault, so seller shipped another bag and filed a claim with FedEx. The willingness of seller to "make this right" speaks volumes to their business practices, definitely future business
