Received "New" phone, it was defective. When I would swipe on the screen it would change to a green color, scroll half way then lock.
I wanted to replace the phone, as their Ebay site says "refund will be given as Money back, Replacement".
I made the mistake of canceling the return as it came back as refund, when I wanted a replacement. I did contact the seller they said "No Exchanges, You will have to pay shipping back"

Only issue was the phone dropped in price like $10-$15 bucks before mine was even delivered and i contacted customer service and they just kept saying to return for a refund. i asked why they wanted to pay return shipping and then shipping on the new device at the lower price and there answer was was again to return the item for a refund. i told them i can’t give a 5 star review and got no response.
