I bought this product because a friend with a Wrangler came out of work at 12:30am and his battery and alternator were taken from under the hood. This hood lock came with everything you need to install it. The lock and latch is a solid metal solution vrs the factory standard rubber hood latch. Came with 4 keys so you should always have one available (put one on each key and one in glove box and one spare). Fits very snug when locked. Also came with rubber gaskets to prevent metal on metal rub on the hood. Looks really nice on the hood. Great product! Looks good too!
