although i paid the shipping cost in my purchase ,i received an invoice from USPS with $22.3 to get these stamps.
i contacted seller about this bill he denied any mistake from his side,
i drove from my place of work to West Covina post office to see what is wrong (30 Miles) in heavy traffic of California
the seller didn't pay of postage. he only paid tracking number and i have to pay for international postage cost
i contacted eBay request refund, which is happened

The buyer received the item and for some reason the USPS charged him for postage dues of $22 even though I shared an invoice with his to confirm that I paid for shipping. However in order not to make the buyer upset, I refunded him for the full purchase of $39 which means that he kept the set and took full compensation and yet he posted negative feedback for no apparent reason. I have all the shipping documents and the photos he shared and trail of communication to prove my side of the story.
