as per photo, item should be 2x strips of 3 and a further 2 singles, once arrived it turned out seller had town the strips into singles which caused 2 stamps to have ripped corners. Contacted seller who denied it and just said to send back at extra cost to me. Very disappointed with poor customer service and making out they did not know how it happened or even what their own photo showed.

I did not seperate the stampsas explaid to the buyer the photo showed two rows of three and two single stamps. I offered to refund the cost of the stamps at the price that he payed for them which was only £0.90p it was not economical in view of the low cost to do anything else. I do think if he had told me that he need them instrips of three when he order them i would have told him that they were singles, as this does not effeft the value either way . very unreasonable buyer.
