Unusual corner card Ordinance Dept cover cancelled with a scarce Washington DC FREE June 20 1865 circular date stamp, endorsed by Brig. Gen. Alexander Brydie Dyer addressed to Capt. Reuben Smith Botsford, 39th IL. Found copies of period photos of both men plus detailed biographies of each one as well. Cover was shipped fast and securely in a shipping envelope with colorful stamps! I rate this vendor as five stars!
