The item is new and fits the suitcase, but it looks nothing like the photo and communication with the seller was very difficult. I had to wait several business days for him to respond when I wrote to him that the item had not been shipped. I thought he would never send me the item according to the stipulated date but then he sent it quickly and apologized saying that he had not received my emails through eBay and that it was a problem that he had reported to eBay and they had not resolved it.
