After a power failure, my Synology DS1512+ failed many attempts to startup at home, but worked fine when received by nickstv. They emailed me that they couldn't find any problems. We agreed they would send it back for just a $25 "bench fee". I commend their honesty. They could have charged the full price and I'd have been none the wiser.
