User friendly and best volume.
I really like this earpiece, I have tried store bought ear pieces and the store bought ones seemed cheaply made...this earpiece had the best volume and the best quality.

The unit is OK. Sound quality is good, but the volume could be louder. The ON/OFF switch is the entire face of the unit which makes it easy to accidentally disconnect during a call if you touch it to adjust fit or volume during a call. The ear hook was too tight for me and became uncomfortable during use so I had to soak it in very hot water for a few minutes and open it up a bit before it cooled to fix the fit. Battery life is excellent with about 3 hours of continuous use and has easily lasted the day for intermittent use. Charging is easy and fairly quick with standard micro USB that comes with it. It doesn't have a rubber ear piece to fit into the ear canal which I thought I would need to block ambient outside noise and retain it better, but it lays against the ear opening fairly ...
