The seller was wonderful with me and communicated back and forth over my concern of the odor to one of the pillows. It happens often in manufacturing but she explained to me all you have to do is let it air and it will be fine and indeed it was. :-) but the seller went out of her way to even offer a replacement if I was unsatisfied but I didn't need to because she was right. Airing it solve the problem and the way she handled the transaction was impressive. I give five stars. Shipping was slow.

Arrived and foam was 1", NOT 1 1/2" as described, and when I opened the package I was overwhelmed by the smell of mold like it was stored in a damp basement. Really, really bad smell. BUT, my money was refunded immediately when I voiced my concerns, so negative feedback is certainly not warranted.
