If one is a fan of the original “Beauty and the Beast”, the animated classic from ... If one is a fan of the original “Beauty and the Beast”, the animated classic from 1991 and still has a VHS player, than this product is for you! Viewing the film in its VHS format (with the brightness turned down on the TV) lends itself to watching the film the way it should be seen! The animation on the original VHS looks beautiful, very much like a film compared to the THX restoration of “Beauty and the Beast” done in 2002! If possible find a fair priced copy of this film on VHS to enjoy “Beauty and the Beast” the way it was meant to be seen! *If one finds a sealed copy for a fair price I would recommend it as it will contain coupons and deals inside the VHS case which add extra nostalgia!
