Great price, reasonable shipping cost and sent quickly. Item was exactly as described. Packaging was slightly crumpled with minimal internal padding. Box seemed to be damp and had some loose dirt/grass inside

This Item was absurdly described as “New Open Box”. Not only was the box heavily water damaged, but the unit inside was NOT new and didn’t even function properly. Packaging was terrible as well (see photos).
This wasn’t a simple mistake. There is NO WAY the Seller didn’t understand that this was not “NEW OPEN BOX”. Seller was purposely deceitful in the description. Photos were submitted and eBay facilitated the return.
