Item description said "open box." Item was missing the cable that connects the 2 units which renders the second unit useless. Obviously it was "used and missing parts" not "open box." Contacted the seller twice. Once on 12/17/2023 and once on 12/22/2023 but the seller never responded. The seller lied and will not communicate therfore the rest of Ebay needs to know the truth. Thus seller needs to have negative feedback.
