When the wicked Cruella de Vil and her henchmen kidnap Dalmatian puppies for their cherished spotted fur, it is up to the puppies' parents, Pongo and Perdita, and some brave farm animals, to free the caged canines. Though 101 DALMATIANS has fewer songs than many of its animated brethren, the essential musical number "Cruella de Vil" is as much fun as any 10 tracks. Based on the book by Dodie Smith, this Walt Disney animated classic spawned the 1996 live-action remake, as well as a sequel called 101 DALMATIANS II: PATCH'S LONDON ADVENTURE.

    love it

    This is one of those great disney films we all grew up on. I absolutly love everything about this film, from the sweet double love story (man meet woman falls in love, Dog meets dog falls in love) To the evil Cruella de'ville and her plot to make a fur coat out of the skin of 101 dalmation puppies... If anyone else made this it would be a very scary movie -- with disney it's fun for the whole family.

    101 Dalmatians Video

    My daughter has been wanting a copy of the original animated 101 Dalmatians for some time. Since Disney only distributes their animated features during certain years, it has been impossible to purchase in a store. I was thrilled to be able to purchase a new video to surprise her on Easter.

    101 Dalmatians

    I love this because it can be shown to children without worrying about the contents or language. It's a classic Disney animated movie that has been a delight to more than one generation of children. I bought it because I work with children and some small groups after school will enjoy seeing it as well as my mom and I do.

    101 Dalmations

    The movie is a great kids animation a must for children.My kids enjoyed it and still do by wanting to watch all the time. Its also a great movie to watch as a family time piece.I highly recommend this movie to all with children and for a family quality time for all.
