Seller did not have the keys to this home through email messages they wanted me to rekey the home. Seller did not complete the purchase agreement, as promised in the ad (they wanted a month; promised daily no completion. I've contacted my bank to report the fraud. Also reported the business to the BBB bureau. Owner of this profile needs to refund the $2000 I provided as per the directions back to my bank. Whomever runs this profile asks for money through an outside ebay link. Beware.

A Refund was given $2000.00. We are 100% happy to give this WV lady a refund. Me and buyer were not able to agree on terms due to her recent bankruptcy, very low credit score and bad payment history. Buyer did not understand the house had a key pad and not a key. She told she had never seen a house with a Keypad in West Virginia. This was one best properties and we are not willing to put someone in who has a very bad financial in place.
