this is a fabulous seller! Although the owner was out of town, she communicated with me and promised to ship the item as soon as she returned. It came much more quickly than I had expected. The item is gorgeous. I bought it as a replacement for the same item that was destroyed in our January move. It is new, just as described. The owner also took the time to write a nice Thank You note that was included in the package. Excellent Customer Service. This will be my GO-TO-SPOT next time.
