shipped in a very thin box that was crushed during shipping, The seller described "excellent used condition" and the top outer grommet was very far from that. The grip needed replaced bc it was flaking off and actually leaving black ink on the hand. Seller seemed uninformed about the type and condition of the strings in the racquet.

The racquet was accurately described and had 11 high resolution photos showing all details. It was a new box, any issues with a crushed box would be with the Post Office, but that's why I protect the racquet with bubble wrap (and the racquet was not damaged). Not knowing the type of strings is nothing unusual... but I'm glad you messaged me letting me know how much you really liked the racquet, then leave these negative comments. I stand by the photos and description of the listing.
