The machine I purchased was exactly as described. The packaging was great and arrived in perfect condition. My machine arrived as scheduled, which was quick, especially with the horrible winter weather! I had a problem with the foot pedal, but received a quick response. I called and the customer service was excellent and the fault was how I had connected. They were helpful and courteous.
