Sewing machine was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and works great. Everything packaged in original Bernina boxes and they all arrived fast and in impeccable condition. The machine I purchased was exactly as described. The packaging was great and arrived in perfect condition. My machine arrived as scheduled, which was quick, especially with the horrible winter weather! I had a problem with the foot pedal, but received a quick response. I called and the customer service was excellent and the fault was how I had connected. They were helpful and courteous. The whole experience was fantastic and I would certainly purchase from this seller again.
