The phone is amazing - and I’m a lifelong Apple user. Compared to Apple, it’s not completely intuitive to use, but I’ve only had it a week and it has so many screens and features there is a bit of a learning curve. The price is a bit ridiculous, but compared to other brand flagship phones this one is simply more feature rich and better, so I guess the price is somehow justified? If it was more affordable and had as good supporting devices & software (watch, noise canceling earbuds, etc) everyone would own it. If you’re even considering this phone I would say go ahead and buy it. I guarantee you won’t regret it.

I've used many many cell phones and have always had flagship models like the note series from Samsung. The Galaxy Z fold to is absolutely amazing. It's a completely different experience than anything I've ever had before. I bought this phone thinking I would just try it out and then switch back to my note 20 ultra. But I sold my note 20 ultra and can't imagine using a different phone than the Galaxy Z fold

Ive owned Samsung phones for many years...finally landing on the Note 2 and have had several Notes including the current Note 20 Ultra.However ive wanted the Fold 2 over the Fold 3 for several reasons.I pulled the trigger on a mint Fold 2 in Mystic Bronze in its original packaging and components.The outside screen is sufficient to see messages and to text but it comes to life once you open into its full screen.I seldom use my tablet since the Fold 2 fills that need as well.If a perfect phone was ever built,in my humble opinion,this is the one!!!

Great phone. Wrong questions. 1. Price is very high as is with all new and improved technology. 2. The form factor keeps the phone a bit heavy even when folded; so small but heavy. 3. When unfolded, the phone is magnificent. 4. Response to touch and actions is effortless and extremely responsive. Definite Samsung quality. 5. Suggest using an earpiece if you are not accustomed to one.

Got this for the access to a bigger screen in my pocket. Biggest drawback is getting screen is difficult to use with Spigen slim armor case. But i still like it better than my note 9. Not really sure exactly why. I do use that small screen alot. Transferring from the note 9 worked well.
