Smooth transaction. Might want to consider heavier weight shipping boxes. The box arrived crushed in several places. I was so concerned that I took pictures of the box prior to opening for fear the porcelain birds inside might be damaged. Thankfully all is intact.

Safety is my prime concern when shipping, including those times when I have to pay from my own pocket the extra shipping cost because I use a bigger box due to the really safe way I wrap my items, and that's why yours arrived in one piece. However, I thought the box I used for you was strong enough. I'll keep in mind you suggestion. Thx you.
