The item I received is not what is pictured in the ad, which is what I was looking to buy. There was no manual included or anything but a statement of purchase from eBay in the box. Poor customer service. Has said she won’t accept Returns and, at this point, will not refund my money.

I am giving her a refund only because in the picture she sent me, the unit was not set up correctly with all the buttons actively working. (Buttons were working when I shipped it) I also offered to send her a printed copy of the manual even though she could have gotten it online. Item was listed correctly in the ad.
