the seller communication was good and they did refund my purchase price. the 3 tier rack was delivered with rust on the support leg edges and a lot of rust was inside the leg supports. I took pictures and sent them to the seller. It also looked to be repacked. I say this because i observed the 2 bottom leg supports were not packed in sealed bags, but rather in a plastic wrap around. Based on the rusted parts and seeming lack of QA, i would not recommend buying this product from this seller.
