LOL - In house carrier pick up. We informed buyer and have no control once it leaves us. Buyer threw a little hissy fit. We did offer a refund for shipping (AND insurance btw since buyer forgot to mention) because of it to please her. Apparently didn't want that.. All buyer wanted to do was be disrespectful. You know, all the regular excuses..
