No communication about item until I had opened a case with them,it then arrived soon after,it is a lovely print,however I would be wary about ordering from them again due to very poor experience.
If an item is going to be late because you don't have the right packaging as I was told when case was opened,then this should have been communicated when first ordered.
I have marked neutral as opposed to negative as hopefully a one off and don't want to ruin their rating and print did arrive in the end
