Statue showed up damaged. seller informed but I had to file the claim and take pics have invoice and estimate etc. claim was approved but still haven't seen a payment. also I had to find someone to do repairs as the arm neck etc were damaged. appears the statue got damaged in the box. be prepared just in case of damage to do some work. vr James
