The bowls are in perfect condition, as described, and the seller did a fantastic job packaging the bowls. Once they were finally shipped, they did arrive quickly. The reason for the ‘neutral’ rating is due to the fact I had to reach out to him twice to inquire about the status of the shipment; starting 2.5 weeks after the purchase. He was apologetic, which I certainly appreciate, and after the second inquiry did a better job at communicating.
