The delicate and expensive chandelier was not properly packed for shipping, consequently glass components arrived broken. The item was not described properly by the seller. The seller did not willingly facilitate a refund and return process. I spent two day documenting damages so that the seller could make a UPS claim. This transaction was unpleasant for me.

We are a 50 year old shop with integrity and up to now ,over 22 years on Ebay with 100% perfect feedback .for items and packing and shipping.The item is as described gorgeous vintage with signs of wear, This customer did not want to go through the claim guidelines that UPS provides, would not let them inspect the damage on site, He took weeks to provide the snapshots of the item that UPS requires ,not us .Two days to take 7 required pictures?. You got your money back ,why ruin our feedback?
