The description was not accurate. The set was missing pieces and I had to reach out again after first contact to resolve the problem. The positive part the seller did have the missing pieces sent and $5.00 refund. But for the total price we had paid it was disappointing to not have the set sent the first time as complete has was stated in the post and have gone through the hassle of getting it resolved. If the seller was in our shoe their attitude could have been more understandable.

The set was 100% complete before shipping, we took the buyer at his word when he said 7 pieces were missing, took the buyer 2 weeks to send us the complete list of missing parts, we also refunded $5 of the price along with sending the 7 missing pieces once the buyer let us know what was missing, parts were delivered within 4 days after we had the complete missing parts list.

Shipping was very fast. Product was marked as used, but some lego sellers will mark used when boxes are badly damaged, as these appeared to be. Description was not clear, and although the boxes in picture appear damaged, they appear sealed. Price was set as if they were new in damaged boxes. I should have contacted the seller to clarify the product description. I paid new prices for very used items.
