Shipping was timely. I didn't receive everything that was in the photos (box insert in photo wasn't shipped with the box). Even though seller's communication was responsive, the explanation was unsatisfactory, and the resolution could have been better.

Listing included extra item (Sega Cd attached) so would have been impossible to fit into original box with styrofoam. I will be clear next time in my listings on what exactly is included. Seller beware to be very clear when selling. I refunded buyer a partial part of payment since was not happy about not receiving styrofoam. Buyer had no issues with item being damaged in any way, however. Feel the resolution was fair.
