Horrible! Received completely damaged box and seller blamed it on shipping instead of the packing job which was to throw it in the bag with no padding or care! Finally after over a week ebay stepped in for a return but son really wanted the figure. We just took out of box since we could not display a bent ripped box on shelf. Will NOT purchase again from seller.

I will take responsibility for USPS damaging the package. And I should had provided better protection. This is an isolated event as reflected on my reviews & all my future buyers can rest easy nothing like this will happen again.

Not happy with the condition of this item. All of the pics where in a pop protector so I couldn’t really see the box, but it was advertised as only having “scratches” so I assumed it would be ok. But once received, noticed that it has several dents and creases along with the noted scratches. Obviously the seller knew this and hid the damages in photos by only showing pics of it in a protector. It was shipped quickly, so I’m not gonna leave a negative review, but still feel misled by seller

I don't remember the box to have dents but I apologize for your experience. I do remember the box to have scratches and It was advertised as used item. I included a brand new hard plastic protector UV resistant edition as well paid extra at the Fedex office for shipping protection. But again I apologize for your bad experience. The item itself average $150 to $250 and is highly seek on eBay.
