Seller has this sweater listed for sale in multiple sizes. I ordered this sweater and after a few days of no shipping update, I contacted seller to see what was the status. He told me it was coming from Italy, only to follow up by saying he was delivered a sweater that wasn’t the one I ordered and that the one I ordered wasn’t being made anymore because of appliqués falling of after washing. Seller wants me to agree with substituting the sweater but has refused to show me a clear photo of it.
