Seller Notes: “Came from a local estate. Not sure but my guess is this is an ingot mold made for copper bars out ... “Came from a local estate. Not sure but my guess is this is an ingot mold made for copper bars out of a mine in Great Falls Montana. Not sure that any other kind of mine would have GREAT FALLS debossed on their ingots. Has a makers mark on the outside bottom but hard to read (H. B. Co.)??? maybe the Hendrie Bolthoff Company out of Denver who made mining supplies back then as seen in one of the photos. Has an overall rusty patina inside and out as seen in the pictures from shed storage. The weight on the old cast iron mold is approx. 78 pounds so it is for pick up only or you arrange your own shipping. Total outside length is approx. 26 1/2" and 6" wide. Total outside height is approx. 5". The walls at the top are approx. 1" thick. The ingot itself when poured would be approx. 24 1/2" long to the end of the handle lifts. 4" thick on the bottom, 2 1/4" thick at the top where it says GREAT FALLS and 3 3/4" thick when poured. Pour your own ingots and sell them for big money.”
