I raised a return request. I've tried to work this out with the seller. They were trying to make me keep a $429 item that was falsely advertised, arrived damaged in several places, latch part damaged and completely broken off, very substandard quality and was missing several pieces. The seller wasn't accommodating when we requested a complete refund & asking for return process. Seller stopped responding. Asked eBay to step in a week ago, no answer & still need help please!!!!
