Not exactly the original-different color. Had to use more than anticipated as the consistency was weaker. Next time I will use the other seller on here for the original product and pay a few extra dollars. This item is listed as non returnable unfortunately or I would consider returning as $75 just not worth it

Sorry i'm just seeing this now. If you had written to me and let me know you felt it was weaker than it should be and you had to use more, i would have sent you another jar to make up for it. This is absolutely the original product. The only thing i can think of is that i shipped it when it was warmer out and maybe it got exposed to heat on its journey. In my experience with it for over 20 years, If that happens, just leave the top off the jar for a few days and it solidifies again.
