I won the auction and paid immediately. A day later they cancelled my order, the reason for the cancellation was “buyer asked to cancel” which is a lie. They messaged me and said “the box is made of iron and we can’t ship it to Canada”. Firstly, it’s a regular tin. Secondly, I have ordered boxes from China and the US with no issues. I won the auction at a good price and I think they just cancelled to not have to sell it for what I paid. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this, avoid this seller!***

That is act that the Canada customs is very strict on boxes open. We don't want the iron box was opened and hold on by your customs. We think it is very good behavior to notice you this situation to avoid disputes.
