Another drop ship store.. only offered refund rather than replacement like time is not an issue. I dont have time to waste on sending this item back. I needed it when i needed it and it said it was NIB so i was shocked to see several tools missing and pink paint on the tools. Time is important, not all problems can be fixed by a simple refund. I didn't have time to send all these tools back and wait 2 weeks for new ones to arrive, so i cut my losses. Horrible experience .

Great tools
Tools were great, regular old craftsman tools nothing special only missing one item. The box was ok need to make some kind of fastener to keep the drawers from falling out when carrying or transporting. All in all great price and product.

Good quality and value for the money.
It is a nice set, but for some strange reason it is short on some metric sockets. Like 8 mm Hex bit. There are some sockets with duplicates of the most used sizes, but it would be better to have one of each and add the missing metric sizes. The tools are good quality with a good case box and good value for the money, just wish a few more sizes was included.

You cannot go wrong with Craftsman tools! They are easily some of the best tools on the market. Have been using the toolset on our vehicles among other things and they work great! My only complaint is the case it was placed in. There is a plastic piece that snaps the drawers together so that they don’t wobble that was of low quality. The first one on the left came broken, and the one on the right broke about 2 weeks after use. There is a very small plastic outer piece that connects them together, so it’s no wonder it broke so easily! Other than for that great toolset! Nice set
I love the set. I keep it under a covered back in my truck. Good pieces to work on my Harley also. Add on that I love Craftsman. One complaint or I would have given it a 10, why do you leave the most used size, 10mm ,out of the set. When I do use a metric on my Ram, it's usually 10mm. That's my only gripe. Still love the set.

Christmas Gift for my husband!
Craftsman is a good brand. My dad always bought them. These are a Christmas gift for my husband so they have not been opened. I could barely get the box into the house! If craftsman’s hasn’t changed there product, then they should be just great! Oh I also like the lifetime guarantee.
