Sub-Zero is a fantastic product if you know how to use it. Some people say you can put it on with a Q-tip but the spot will return. I've had doctors use their product in their office and it's fantastic. This is the same type of product but you must spray it on and the sprayer does not Target a small area in fact it sprays quite a large area. That's the reason for the tiny Target plastic cap. I'm not sure why the manufacturer cannot create a better straw to Target directly. It is expensive but it does work.

The freeze spray works as advertised. We use it for skin tags and it does the job very well. The only issue was figuring out how the trigger mechanism needed to be set up since there were no instructions pertaining to it. The trigger is very comfortable and easy to use. This is a very good value as far as I'm concerned. If I run out I will definitely purchase more.

This is my second bottle of spray. I have used it to treat small old age spots . Works well best to use a tiny amount and I have also used Q-Tips to apply the spray in concentrated areas.

It is a good product for some applications, did not remove the skin tags for my wife or myself like I thought is would, sprayed the places at least 3 times with no results in 2 weeks.

Another review claims it is too hard to control as a spray and it may well be true. By using a Q tip that has been sprayed with the freeze and then applying the frozen cotton tipped applicator to the area to be frozen, there is no problem with control or overspray.
