This will be my third Greenleaf dollhouse kit. The kits generally are well designed, and will go together well. However, they are for an experienced model builder. They are like a complex 3D jigsaw puzzle. It takes planning and care to successfully complete the project. The instructions are adequate, but the illustrations showing things how go together are marginal, and difficult to figure out. I did not find significant errors in this kit. The die cut plywood pieces punch out well generally, but if you want a good finish will need a lot of filler and sanding. The end result can be worth the effort though.

We had to pay a professional to build our house and it cost us right much extra. we then had to buy the roof and do it. we still have the painting to do and that's not easy. we still love the house and do plan to get it done one day , we have been working on it over a year. It's like building a real home but worth it after you are done . I do not think a 12 year old could build this house .

the house is bigger than the picture shows and looks easy to put together, the value is good for the size of house. House would be easier for younger people to put together. The decoration are an added touch and again good for the value. thank you

Not for an inexperienced person. Needs lots of sanding. But it does have large rooms which is good. Windows could be better as far as size. Of course, I am elderly and the parts were harder for me to use. But I am not on inexperienced modeler. Once I get it primed and put together I think the rest will be easy. Could use better instructions on the first part of the assembly.
