I discovered it years ago at an event called Bird Mart which was held 4 times a year in the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds. I ran my fingers through it. It was like GOLD compared to inferior parrot food from other manufacturers. Since then, my macaws have always eaten it combined with human food.
