They are good compact binoculars. They work the best of course in good lighting. You can see good detail with them. the 12x magnification makes your shaking noticeable, but not so bad that you can't use them. They are perfect for carrying in a pocket which is why I bought them. They are easy to focus and a joy to have.

It is small compact and it comes with a small pouch to store it in. It is really well packaged! It looks and feels well built. I tried it outside and everything is so close up and clear! Make sure to adjust magnification to your liking and do it outside when you're adjusting it because indoors will make it look fuzzy, blurry and way to close (Be sure to adjust them outside!). They are good but if you don't have a steady hand the image will get a bit shaky. If your looking for a more steady image go from the 8× or 10× I heard they are good with a steady image. I bought these because I wanted something with a bit more power in them but overall I think they are great!
